For Domestic Orders-

We don’t offer any cancellations, returns or refunds on orders.

However, we do offer a replacement, in case you receive a damaged product due to accident in transit.
Replacement with the same product as ordered is only available. In case the replacement is not in stock, only in that case, refund as store credit will be generated once we receive back the package.

Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

We will get the defective item picked from the original address and once we receive the product, only then we will dispatch the replacement. In case, return pickup is not possible from the original address, then the customer has to self-ship the order to us (Reimbursement for shipping will be done from our end)

In case of orders placed during Sale, make sure you have a package opening/unboxing video from start to end to claim any replacement for the damaged goods.

Please note– Complaint for a damaged item has to reported within 48hrs of receiving it, post that, no complaints will be entertained.

To report any missing itemsmake sure that you take a package opening/unboxing video from start to end. It will be helpful for us to report it to the logistics company in case of any theft during transit.

For International Orders-

We don’t offer any cancellations, returns, replacements or refunds on International orders.

Disclaimer-

In case the Parcel (either Domestic or International) gets Lost or is Undelivered due to wrong address/wrong number/incorrect OTP Verification/Absence of Customer at the time of Delivery, the company is not liable to pay any amount as refund for the same.

In case the Parcel (Domestic Shipment) returns to us due to wrong address/wrong number/incorrect OTP Verification/Absence of Customer at the time of Delivery, the company will deduct shipping charges of Rs. 150 from the Refund Amount.

In case the Parcel (Domestic Shipment) returns to us due to wrong address/wrong number/incorrect OTP Verification/Absence of Customer at the time of Delivery, and the Customer wants us to Re-ship the package, Additional Rs. 240 will be charged for the same.

Additional Disclaimer-

All pictures of the items are clicked under professional lighting and hence there can be minor colour variations.

Since the designs are handcrafted, minor design variations are possible.

Meenakari Earrings are hand painted and hence the paint may not be neat.

We do not accept any returns/refunds/exchanges for the following cases-

-Size / Weight Issues

-Minor colour / design variation

-Minor ghungroo / mirror issues

-Minor paint issues
